This is a newly developed style that borrows from lagering techniques to make a cleaner and crisper IPA. It’s brewed with a lager yeast and Canadian-grown Sasquatch (woody, orange mint) and Sabro (peach, stonefruit) hops. It’s dry-hopped cold and cold filtered as well. Think of it as the perfect IPA for lager lovers.
