In collaboration with Giresi’s, our cherished local pizza joint, we brewed up this masterpiece we’re calling a Pizza Crust Ale. Brewed with specialty malts and stacks of fresh-baked pizza crust, it features a unique bready profile that remains light and refreshing. Needless to say, it’s illegal to drink this while not eating pizza.
